Specific Data Reports

Property Photo Inspections’ team of Certified Mortgage Field Service Inspectors will observe and evaluate each properties’ general conditions, physical characteristics, and unusual exposures. Then develop comprehensive reports that include exterior measurements (when required), photographs, and an un-bias observation to summarize the current conditions and visible hazards.

Any information provided in the report is furnished for the use of the client only. It is not intended to be relied upon for any purpose by any other party not named in the Service Level Agreement.

CUSTOM REPORTS

Real Estate Investor Reports:

As an un-biased third party we can assist with notarizing the sales agreement while documenting the overall condition of the property. Reports include pictures, walk through video of the exterior and interior if required while documenting any hazards visible. All reports can be customized to the needs of the property and the investor.

Rental Management Reports:

Rental management reports include occupancy verification, move in and move out condition reports with photo evidence.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Occupancy / Business Verification:

No contact surveys.

Standard Exterior:

Soft touch survey and often involves direct contact with the occupant either at time of survey or prior to arrival.

Loss -Draft / Construction Draw:

Customized photo evidence is provided to support the draw amount requested along with detailed observations at the time of the site visit.
(Up to 75 photos)

Interior and Exterior:

Appointment based full inspection.

BUSINESS

Document Delivery Service:

Documents are delivered to recipients Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in a secure and confidential manner.  Same day or next day service is available for pre-legal and legal notices with or without direct contact. (Photo evidence of delivery is documented and certified)

Business Document Delivery Service:

Documents are delivered to recipients Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in a secure and confidential manner.  Same day or next day service is available for pre-legal and legal notices with or without direct contact. (Photo evidence of delivery is documented and certified)
